Bishan lies 35 km west of the center of Chongqing. Chongqing’s unique cultural identity stems from a combination of its dramatic natural setting—nestled between mountain ridges in the foggy Jialing river basin—and a rich cultural identity built on history, tradition, and Sichuan food.
This master plan for Tian’an Cyber Park leverages the dramatic natural setting to create a new CBD that uses a central waterfront and a carefully engineered topography to maximize ecological sustainability, while also encouraging a retail and commercial core that will be at the heart of the new city’s growth.
