现在实施的改造方案基本上是在这个基础上改的~~````` 只是在绿色通廊和滨江休闲上改造起来会比较麻烦，所以有所缩水。。。。。。。。绿地面积不会这么大~~````还是会拆一部分建一部分。比如湖广会馆那个绿色通廊现在的这个方案基本都是建筑改造重建，少有绿地。
至于城市之门消息还很少，只是听说有意向在石板破修建城市之门，而且不是所有的城市之门斗会新建，有个意思在哪里就是了~````

不会是这个样子的~~`` 这只是个概念设计，最后施工的还要具体深入。所以就会有变动~``````

难度是有，阻力肯定也不小，但决不是没有实现的可能。就看掌权的几个有没这个魄力了！！

其实想想，南坪的领导是重庆最有魄力的，他们在一片反对声中拆除了南桥头隧道；又在媒体的舆论压力下炸掉西南大酒店；南坪区府机关大规模搬迁到人烟稀少的茶园；还有炸工贸建“南坪之颠”计划....... 反观重庆的其他几个区，明显不敢这样大刀阔斧的改造，这就是魄力！！

在重庆新规划的两个城市副中心,西永有大学城的强力带动.荼园凭什么呢,所以****要作表率,自己先搬过去,以显示荼园开发的巨大决心.
渝中区作为全重庆市的形象代表,更需要具大的决心.
