[转帖]渝 蓉双城记
<FONT color=#030e03 size=3> 重庆在前几年升为直辖市，这个抗战时期的陪都也终于有了一个咸鱼翻身的机会。尽管在我们这等外地人看来，巴蜀本是一地，但重庆人会极其认真地纠正你这个错误，告诉你，重庆和成都本不是一回事。<BR> <BR><STRONG> 成都：从来懒城如懒汉</STRONG><BR> <BR> 四川我去过很多趟。坦率的说，整个四川留给人的印象不算很好。在很多家公司，都有四川本土销售队伍不够勤快的共识。我以前工作的一家公司，四川的分支机构人员早上9点上班，比总部要晚半小时，晚上5点半便会极其准时地下班。这几乎是我见过工作时间最短的一个分支机构了。但5点半这个时候，在华东的总部，几乎没有人会走，晚上工作到六点半七点是家常便饭，甚至有时候忙起来还要到10点11点。加班不是个好事，但如此的上班时间比较，基本上也看出了两地的勤奋程度。<BR> <BR> 此次去成都，坐的是臭名昭著的川航，忘记和订票的人说不要定川航和西南航空的机票的缘故。他们的不安全飞行历史，我可没忘。一上川航的飞机，就开始感觉成都特色的服务了。飞机上的服务员居然对我讲的是四川话。这个也算是个四川特色或是成都特色，不说普通话。我不知道这是一种怪异的自豪感在作祟呢还是真的没有普及普通话的教育。我问服务员“你不会讲普通话吗？我听不懂你的方言。”服务员解释了“说顺口了”之后，也倒是改了。但四川省的普通话教育，恐怕真的要抓一抓，看四川的一些电视台，一些****张嘴都是满口的土语，可见这种不讲普通话的习惯已经多么深入人心。香港都在学普通话了，四川难道就不可以吗？<BR> <BR> 成都给我的印象是慵懒。但成都人自我的定义是休闲，甚至觉得成都的休闲像欧洲。但对于成都人的“休闲”，杭州宋城集团的老板黄巧灵在若干年前曾讽刺过，说他们是低档次的休闲。在争所谓的“世界休闲博览会”的举办权成功之后，黄巧灵甚至略带讥讽地揶揄过成都，“你们没有我这样真正做休闲产业的企业家”。他的言外之意，是成都人并不真正懂得什么是休闲。<BR> <BR> 成都人的休闲，的确很难全部归入“休闲”的范畴。黄巧灵的讽刺也不无道理。大多数的成都人喜欢泡一杯茶坐上一天，摆“龙门阵”，但在别的城市，这种情况大多出现在周末。上海人也很喜欢休闲，上海周边的城市，到了周末便到处是上海人的身影，但他们绝不会像成都人一样，在平常的工作日也会在茶馆呆上一天，打麻将，玩扑克或者聊空天。“闲聊”这个词语，在四川叫做“摆龙门阵”，在江南叫做“聊空天”，我们几乎都可以从语言中看出两地的差异。一个居然当作了“阵”，一个觉得是“空”。“吃的空”、“有的空”这种词语在江南的语境中几乎都是贬义的，“聊空天”亦然。好几位企业家朋友都对我说过，对成都在工作日的茶馆满座表示讶异。他们另外一个疑问是，他们难道不上班吗？说实话对这点，我也有疑问。<BR> <BR> 成都的茶馆大多很简陋，茶资也很便宜。这如同他们满世界跑的私家车都是奥拓、夏利这些有相似的道理存在。这个地方不是小富即安，而是马马虎虎过得去即安。成都的休闲从本质上说不是休闲，休闲是富裕社会的产物，成都，大致有点“穷开心”的意味存在。<BR> <BR> 成都，用一句话概括便是“懒城如懒汉”。</FONT>
<P><STRONG></STRONG><FONT color=#030e03 size=3> </FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3><FONT color=#030e03><STRONG> 重庆：却道美城如美人<BR></STRONG> <BR> 重庆是个山城。<BR> <BR> 我到重庆首先感受到的是节奏快。市区汽车居然可以跑到80码，这是在中国其它城市很罕见的。因为山地关系没有自行车恐怕是个重要原因，但这至少也体现了他们的交通管理水平是很高的。这点别的城市真的要学学，重庆的红绿灯也很少，基本都是单行线，这大大提高了市区开车的速度。<BR> <BR> 和成都不同，重庆的服务水平要高很多。尽管我比较的是宾馆的服务水平，但我一个外来人，不比宾馆的服务水平还比什么呢？<BR> <BR> 重庆人喜欢和成都对比，并且我见到的每一个重庆人对维护重庆的城市形象都不遗余力，但这点在成都人身上是看不到的。成都人也许并不关心这种双城之争，其实在一个外来人来看这的确也是多余的。但客观地评价，重庆自从直辖之后，发展速度之快是成都望其项背的，要不了五年，西部的中心城市将肯定从成都转移至重庆。重庆现在需要的，不仅仅是城市建设这种门面工程，更重要的是需要认识到，促使一个国家或者地区进步的绝非****的这些面子工程，而是这个地方的自由企业的发展。只有自由市场经济，才真正可以把一个地区带向繁荣和富足。德鲁克说过，所谓资本主义的精神，也正是自由企业制度的无限延伸。一家宗申摩托太少了，几家火锅店也太少了，重庆还需要更多的自由企业以及维护自由企业制度的大环境。<BR> <BR> 但重庆人身上，分别印着成都人或四川人身上所缺乏的进取精神，这种精神也正是自由市场经济的特质。也许正是这种精神让重庆的发展大踏步地超过成都的原因。重庆不乏美女，但大批量输出超女的却不是重庆而是成都。超女其实没什么不好，但沉溺于此的城市，大多缺乏一些硬朗的作风和进取的精神。<BR> <BR> 说到美女，重庆的美女的确是多，而且一个个身材优美，这很可能和天天锻炼爬坡有关。据我一个朋友说，他妹妹在重庆读书的时候，因为重庆都是美女而她不是，还好生郁闷了一阵子。严格说来，四川都是产美女的地方，但至于说道川妹子中的第一，恐怕非重庆莫属（尽管重庆现在使劲地和四川划清界限，但我一个外地人，还是很容易把重庆算作川的一部分）。川女大多比较温柔，这恐怕和四川比较盛行大男子主义有些对称的关系，但重庆女孩子的性格中却更有直接和火辣的成分存在，也更为担当。独挡一面的事业型重庆女孩子也有很多。<BR> <BR> 重庆是个美女衬美城的地方。这个美城恐怕还有先天的成分存在。古人云“爱山者仁，爱水者智”，又云“山清水秀”，可见山和水对风景来说起到的作用是巨大的。重庆是个罕见的有山有水的城市，长江嘉陵江横贯其中，山城自是不必说。桂林也是有山有水，可惜不是在市区。杭州也是有山有水，但不是整个城市，但重庆却是整个城市充盈着山与水。<BR> <BR> <BR> 巴蜀的比较，恐怕很多人还会说上很多时间。但就我而言，我更喜欢的是重庆。成都嘛，倒是个消磨时间的好地方，但恐怕作为养老之地也未必合适，因为这里没有真正让人流连忘返的风景。</FONT></FONT></P>
