标题: 香港印象----城市建设篇（图片不断增加中）
上周到香港玩了几天，随便拍了些城市建设方面的照片。香港作为目前中国经济实力最强的城市，也是目前中国唯一的真正意义上的“国际化大都市”。
话不多说，上图片。
第一组照片是在机场到市区的大巴车的照的，由于天色已晚，加之车窗玻璃颜色以及车内灯光的干扰，效果很不理想，大家将就看。

这个你放心，香港的住宅密度没几个城市能达得到，这些都是香港地理条件所决定的。另外重庆现在暂不缺洋房、别墅，缺的是个性楼盘。

但你把这个数据搞错会令我们觉得很没面子。

Global City!!! 去Wiki pedia上面去查查什么是global city,你就会知道真正叫国际化都市的亚洲只有3个, Tokyo得到最高分12,和London, NY, Paris齐名, 然后Hong Kong 和Singapore得到10分, 10分及以上的城市属于世界级的国际化都市!!! 可怜的上海只得到4分,而且很大程度还是依赖于他的人口和面积...属于3线城市...所以当上海叫嚣要超过香港的时候...我只能说他在做梦...

的确如此，在去香港之前，我认为自己对香港已经足够了解，所以认为在城市建设方面上海与香港应该差距不大。但去过了才知道香港远非上海可比，城市建设方面如此，市民素质、城市秩序、人均收入、相关制度更是如此。
与我同去香港的还有和位我公司上海外联部经理，常驻上海。他说：“如果人们常说的重庆与上海相差十年的说法能成立，那上海与香港也至少差十年！香港与新加坡则为同一档次的城市，只是风格有所不同。”

评价一个城市的因素太多了，不是说多了几幢400+的大厦，或者有一条磁悬浮就表示自己很牛B。上海人的素质应该不算差，但我还是无法接受他们的那种自大。香港人的素质真的很不错，尽管他们相对于内地人来说有绝对的优越感，但他们很明白内地人到香港旅游对香港经济拉动的作用，因此，当我们向香港人问路时，99%的香港人都会热情的给予解答，尽管国语不标准，但他们会努力配合各种手势来加深问路人的理解，如果有毕要，甚至会带你一程。但为什么香港人素质高？答案就象上面那位朋友所说，香港在****、法治、自由度、教育等方面是远远领先于内地的，而内地城市想要在这方面超越，短期内基本不可能。
还有，尽管香港人比上海有更富有，但香港人在表面的优越感背后更多的是压力，而不是目空一切。上海毕竟是GCD的亲儿子，因此ZF会想办法用政策和金钱来让上海高速发展，尽快超过香港。上海凭借这个优势，硬件上的超越在一二十年之内有可能实现，但软件上的超越就很难说了。
简单的说，就是上海和香港如果存在竞争，那这种竞争对于香港来说一定是不公平的。

最近，美元对港币价格水平比较接近7.7840, 因此，港币与人民币几乎等价了.
我们回头看，2005年香港的名义GDP为13822亿港元,同期相比增速为7.3%。
2005年广东完成GDP达21701.28亿元，比上年增长12.5％.
确实广东远远超过香港了。净值达7879亿!
不过，香港仍然是中华第一市. 其光辉仍然没有被抹杀。

斑竹有去过香港吗？不了解就不要妄下结论！上海和香港确实有差距，但不会是20年，最多10年左右。其实算来重庆与香港可能相差20几年。不过重庆的农村就不好说了，不知楼主去过香港农村没有？不过总觉得重庆今后在城市建设方面很有可能发展成香港那样。

香港、上海都是各领风骚几十年，想20——40年代，上海乃远东第一城市，繁华媲美纽约。以后两地差距会越来越小，我始终认为将来上海必超香港
