压接连接器是采用机械制模和揉捏方法完结连接器与PCB板之间互联，它不同于焊接互联。关于3~4排针柱连接器，PCB端焊接疑问越来越多，优势乃至无法完结。而压接连接器能够有用保证多处PCB与连接器的互联可靠性。
“在多层PCB互联方面，压接连接器有3个显着优势，第一，能够充分完结针与孔的全面积触摸，没有焊接连接器针毛刺构成的触摸空隙;第二，有一定拉伸强度规划，能有用进步线束拉力承载;第三，在大电流/多层运用中，压接技术的可靠性和本钱都是有职业保证的。通常的连接器经过300~400次插拔，就会导入物理触摸公差，构成可靠性下降的疑问。而压接连接器只需拉伸强度不超标，就不会呈现这种疑问，然后保证长时间稳定性。
