<font color="#ffffff">】</font></td></tr></tbody></form></table></td></tr></tbody></table><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="100%" border="0"><tbody><tr><td width="100%" height="18"></td></tr></tbody></table><table id="myTable" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="580" align="center" border="0"><tbody><tr><td class="p1"><div id="Time"></div><div id="Position"></div><div id="Image"></div><div id="Content"><font id="Zoom"><p> 新华网深圳１０月１２日电（记者肖思思）国家发展和改革委员会副主任张晓强１２日在第九届高交会部长论坛“信息技术专场”上称，今后几年，******将重点从六方面促进信息技术创新。 </p><p> 张晓强说，信息产业作为中国的战略性、基础性和先导性支柱产业，在以创新促发展方面尤显重要，******将从以下六方面促进信息技术创新： </p><p> <strong> 完善发展环境。</strong>落实好中国《<strong>国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要</strong>》各项配套政策。建立有利于信息技术创新和信息产业发展的投融资环境、人才环境。加强知识产权保护，营造有利于企业自主创新的政策法律环境。 </p><p> <strong> 突破重点技术。</strong>未来一段时期，将重点发展<strong>集成电路</strong>、<strong>软件</strong>和<strong>关键电子元器件</strong>等基础产业，下一代网络、宽带无线移动通信和智能终端等<strong>通信产业</strong>，数字电视、家庭网络等<strong>数字音视频</strong>产业。 </p><p> <strong> 推动集聚发展。</strong>优化资源配置，进一步延伸完善产业链，把产业集聚作为促进信息产业发展的战略途径，加快产业向优势区域和主要中心城市的集聚。 </p><p> <strong> 构建创新体系。</strong>支持建立一批<strong>国家工程中心</strong>、<strong>国家工程实验室</strong>和<strong>企业技术中心</strong>，建立开放式的企业技术研发平台。 </p><p> <strong>着力技术应用。</strong>创造广大群众用得起、用得好的信息技术。面向国民经济与社会发展需要，以<strong>电子政务</strong>、<strong>电子商务</strong>、<strong>农业信息化</strong>、<strong>企业信息化</strong>、<strong>城市信息化</strong>等为重点，加强信息技术推广应用。 </p><p> <strong> 促进三网融合。</strong>面向<strong>宽带通信网</strong>、<strong>数字电视网</strong>、<strong>下一代互联网</strong>等信息基础设施建设和信息资源开发利用等国家信息化建设与重大应用，推进“三网融合”。 </p><p> 张晓强还称，近年来，中国在解决地区之间、城乡之间数字鸿沟问题，推进信息社会建设，促进经济和社会协调发展等方面取得了明显进展。 </p><p> 据张晓强介绍，截至２００７年８月底，中国上网人数达约１．７亿，其中宽带用户超过１．３亿，规模已居世界第二。预计今年底中国电话用户总数将超过９亿户，当年新增近９０００万户。目前，中国已通电话的行政村比重提高到９９．２％，电信服务水平提高。</p><p>转自：<a href="http://news.xinhuanet.com/newscenter/2007-10/12/content_6872818.htm">http://news.xinhuanet.com/newscenter/2007-10/12/content_6872818.htm</a></p></font></div></td></tr></tbody></table> |
