这位目标显着的大块头Timbaland来自维吉尼亚州，原名Timothy Z. Mosley，在认识同为乐界女子“重”量级人物MissyElliott与饶舌歌手兼工作伙伴Magoo后，三人开始合作搞音乐。当Missy与她的女子团体Sista被情色美声四人组的团员兼制作人DeVante Swing赏识签入自设厂牌SwingMob旗下，Missy不忘带着Timbaland与Magoo一起进入唱片公司。才华出众的Timbaland开始参与多位歌手/团体的专辑制作与歌曲撰写，同时认识尚未大红的PharrellWilliams。经过成打的畅销作品问世後，两人於1997年以Timbaland&Magoo二人组型式推出首张专辑《WelcomeTo Our World》，接著2001与2003年分别陆续发行《Indecent Proposal》、《UnderConstruction, Pt.II》两张大碟，虽然成绩都没顶亮眼，但却成为各界歌手最爱制作人，於幕後铺出更为亮丽之坦途。
　　这位说唱产业的后起之秀。风格比较怪异，从不会在商业与音乐中迷失自我。制作一系列大热歌曲证明了音乐说唱元素的千变万化无止境，并且广受一干大牌 Missy Elliott, Aaliyah, Jay-Z, Ginuwine etc.的好评，一些一线艺人（Ludacris, Snoop Doggy Dogg, N.A.S, Justin Timberlake）也纷纷伸出橄榄枝要求合作曲子。即使黄袍加身满载光环，Timbaland仍然不懈努力，使得自己的作品依旧充满鲜明的个性，展示出了非凡的创作才华。当你聆听他的歌曲，没有一丝他人的痕迹：厚重的低音伴随着高端的打击乐，唱词随着音乐缓缓呢喃而出，节奏十足拍子引起听者内心强烈的共鸣。


此曲由OneRepublic乐队核心Ryan Tedder创作，后由Timbaland重新混音制作并收入他2007年发行的专辑TimbalandPresents: Shock Value中。
