1、完成解放碑“英利IFC”项目 49层的主体施工，预计到2011年底，“IFC”甲级写字楼与购物中心整体竣工与交付使用，将树立重庆最高端写字楼标杆，同时“英利”自持运营的奢调购物中心也将闪亮开业。

2、完成大坪“英利国际广场”项目部分地下室施工，预计2012年底整体竣工并交付使用。

3、完成解放碑“五一路金融街”——“英利中心”项目的土石方工程90%，预计2013年底全面竣工并交付使用。



As at 12 April 2011, the status of Ying Li’s projects are as follows:
1. The construction of Yingli IFC building is currently at the 49th storey and expected to TOP by the end of 2011. Upon completion, Yingli IFC Grade A office space will be the new benchmark for other high-end office buildings in Chongqing. Meanwhile, Yingli IFC Retail Mall is also expected to launch in 4Q 2011.
2. Construction of the basement levels at Da Ping "Yingli International Plaza" project is close to completion and the project is expected to be completed in late 2012.
3. Earthworks at Jiefangbei "Wu Yi Road and Financial Street" project is close to 90% completion. It is expected to be completed and delivered by the end of 2013.
