新加坡《海峡时报》：陈振声已于2月26日会晤重庆****Q！

重庆再次与新加坡握手。

2017年2月26日晚8时，新加坡的《海峡时报》以《Singapore and Chongqing cancooperate in new areas beyond connectivity》为题，报道了[url=]新加坡公署部长陈振声[/url]（注：英文名为Chan Chun Sing）与重庆****Q在2月26日的会晤情况。

公开资料显示，应中国******副zlz*l的邀请，新加坡副zl张志贤于2月26日至2月28日对北京进行正式访问，新加坡代表团当中有包括zl公署部长陈振声在内的7名部长。

黄桷树财经注意到，2月27日，中国新加坡双边合作联委会（JCBC）第十三次会议、中新苏州工业园区联合协调理事会第十八次会议、中新天津生态城联合协调理事会第九次会议和中新（重庆）战略性互联互通示范项目联合协调理事会第一次会议将在北京举行。

黄桷树财经注意到，《海峡时报》主要报道了三点：

1、Chan Chun Sing told reportersthat in his meeting with Chongqing mayor Zhang Guoqing earlier on Sunday, they had an "interestingdiscussion" on how both sides can have a breakthrough transcending theconcept of a geographically marked FTZ（注：free tradezones的缩写）.

2、Earlier, Mr Chan witnessed thesigning ceremony of 10 commercial pacts between Singapore and Chongqingcompanies as part of the Chongqing Connectivity Initiative (CCI).

The total valueof the 10 deals are worth about US$1.4 billion (S$1.97 billion).

3、The four main pillars ofcooperation are in transport and logistics, aviation, information andcommunication technology and finance.

Mr Chan saidthat Singapore and Chongqing could look to cooperate in new sectors, beyond thefour pilliars, in areas such as medical, education, precision engineering andinfrastructure under the FTZ.

黄桷树财经注意到，《海峡时报》披露了新加坡与重庆签约项目的一些具体情况：

Known as theChongqing Logistics Development Platform (CLDP) and the Multi-ModalDistribution and Connectivity Centre (DC), the two projects are borne out ofthe Transport and Logistics Masterplan for the Chongqing ConnectivityInitiative (CCI).

The CLDP, a company set up to do logistics planning,will develop standards and best practices for the transport and logisticsindustry. The DC is a logistics hub that caters to different transport modessuch as river, rail, air and road, said IE Singapore.

The other eight agreements signed on Sunday coverareas in transport and logistics, information and communication technology,finance and healthcare.

One of them isa deal between Singapore Press Holdings and Chongqing-based e-commerce companyZhuBajie Net. The two have set up a joint-venture company for abilingual business-to-business online creative services platform targeted atsmall and medium-sized enterprises in Singapore, Malaysia and other parts ofSoutheast Asia.
